- Golden Capital Network - organizing and staffing Venture Capital and Angel Investor groups
- Chico State's Center for Economic Development - organizing the Small Business Development Centers and the economic development entities
- NoRTEC Workforce Investment Board - working with small businesses to identify initial needs and potential, provide direct service and connect to help and resources
